I understand that going to a new salon can feel a little intimidating, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. Here’s some info to help make your first visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.
Booking & Reminders
Your experience begins when you request an appointment through my Square Booking Link. As soon as you book or join the waitlist, I’ll receive a notification and review your request. If I have any questions after looking over your information, I’ll personally reach out within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday).

As your appointment approaches, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or text 48 hours before your visit, giving you the option to confirm or reschedule if needed. You’ll also get a friendly reminder 24 hours before your appointment to ensure everything is set for your visit.

With over 20 years of experience, I’ve learned that true beauty starts from within—and my job is to help bring that beauty to the surface in a way that feels effortless and aligned with your lifestyle. I specialize in soft, dimensional color, seamless extensions, and easy-to-maintain styles that enhance your natural look while keeping your hair healthy and strong.
Outside of the salon, I’m a wife to my amazing husband Matt, a proud mom to my daughter Adalynn (our little softball star), and a dog mama to Hank and Bailey. I’m also a certified personal trainer and big believer in holistic wellness—because when you take care of your body, mind, and soul, everything else falls into place.

The Pre Visit

It's appointment day and I'm so excited to meet you. Here are a couple things to prepare before your appointment .
If you have a specific look in mind, feel free to bring a few inspiration photos so we can align on your hair goals. We will start with a thorough consultation.
If you haven’t already, please take a moment to review my pricing and service details on my booking page so that you can plan accordingly.
Directions:
My Suite is located inside the My Salon Suite building. It can be a little tricky to find, so please take a look at the map below to familiarize yourself before your visit.

When you arrive, use the intercom system to notify me that you have arrived. My suite number is 127. I will unlock the doors for you and do my best to greet you at the entrance. Once inside, turn right and walk straight down the hallway. At the end, turn left, and you’ll find my suite—#127.
​

The Consultation
Your appointment begins with a detailed consultation where we’ll talk about your hair goals, challenges, lifestyle, and how much maintenance works best for you. Every color, placement, and cut is fully customized to fit your unique needs, ensuring that your hair not only looks amazing but also works for your daily routine.

I start every session with a check-in so you always have the space to share any updates, concerns, or changes you’d like to make. Before we begin, I’ll go over our game plan to make sure we’re 100% aligned on your vision and desired results.

I want your time in my chair to feel like a relaxing escape—whether that means chatting and catching up, or simply unwinding in a peaceful, quiet space.
While I work my magic, you’ll have access to a curated selection of sweet & savory treats, complimentary beverages, WiFi, and iPhone chargers. Most first-time appointments take 1-2 hours, so feel free to bring your laptop, a book, or just sit back and relax. If you prefer a silent appointment, just let me know—I want you to feel fully comfortable and at ease.

After Visit
Once our visit wraps up, I’ll send you home with personalized recommendations to help you maintain your new look with ease. You’ll also receive my At-Home Maintenance Guide along with your receipt—this exclusive eBook is packed with expert tips and tricks to keep your hair looking salon-fresh for as long as possible.

A quick tip—hold off on washing your hair for at least 24-72 hours after your color service. This allows the color to fully settle and helps your hair cuticle relax for longer-lasting results.
